Our Story

I have been living here for three years now. I enjoy it. They have showers, laundry room, a pool, a little fenced in area called a dog park. I enjoy living here very much.

So lucky to have happened upon Woodlands. The sites are beautifully maintained. The hookups are clean and well cared for. It's quiet at night. Great to hear the children laughing and playing. Wonderful dog park. So close to Heber Springs. And beaches are only 3 miles away. The managers are friendly and helpful. Everyone I have met here and in town have been welcoming and friendly. I am staying long term and so glad I made this choice. Really recommend for short or long term.

Very clean and quiet place. We really enjoyed the pool and fishing pond. We will definitely be returning soon.

I highly recommend the Woodlands! The grounds, bathrooms and showers,, laundry facility and pool are immaculate. Kelly and her husband are so nice and helpful! We enjoyed our stay so much we have leased our spot for a year and plan to be snow birds there. Gorgeous location also! Stop by and check it out, you won’t regret it!

Beautiful RV Park. Very clean. Great facilities for laundry and showers.

Nice park, seems well maintained. Good location. Lots of dog-poop-bag stations which is appreciated. The roads are paved with big rocks that I worried would hurt my dogs’ feet so we mostly tried to walk on the grassy edges. I never met any of the staff but they were very friendly and accommodating by phone and text. I made a last minute request to move to a shadier site because our AC wasn’t working as it should, and they moved us as requested.
