Long-Term RV Living at The Woodlands

Long-term guests come to The Woodlands for the same reasons locals love Heber Springs: the lake, the river, and a town close by for all the essentials. At your new home away from home, you’ll have access to amenities including full hookups, 50 amp service, a new swimming pool, and a strong WiFi signal that can handle everything from work calls to streaming your favorite shows. Site-wise, there’s variety here too, with pull-thru and back-in options, a mix of gravel and concrete pads, and a few pond-side sites that add a little extra scenery to your mornings. Some pads run up to 60 feet, so big rigs are welcome!

When you’re not out on Greers Ferry Lake or fishing the Little Red, you’ll have plenty to enjoy back at the park, and we offer boat storage for the days you’re heading to and from the water.

If you’re up for a hike or bike ride, you’ll have direct access to the 9-mile, paved Sulphur Creek hiking and bike trail right from the park. One leg of the trail heads toward Sandy Beach, and the main route runs toward Sugarloaf Mountain, where you can park the bike and hike up to the summit for those big lake views. And if you’re looking to mix it up, there are several other hiking trails within about 15 minutes of the resort.

Yearly residents also receive a free membership to the City Community Center, including pickleball courts, which is a fun perk once you’re here for the season. We’d love to welcome you as part of our long-term community!
