Park Rules

General Rules

  • RV’s and all vehicles cannot be over 10 years old unless approved by the Resort Management or Camp Host. RV’s and vehicles over 10 years old may be approved if the exterior is in good condition. No RV or vehicle will be permitted that has mildew or a dull, faded, and/or rust on the exterior finish.
  • Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No foul language is allowed at any time.
  • Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult at the swimming pool, pond, or in any buildings. This is for your children’s safety.
  • The Resort speed limit is 10 mph. Drive carefully and watch for other residents, children, and pets.
  • For the present time, our pond is catch and release only so that our fish can continue to grow.
  • No more than 1 family may reside at a site unless approved by the Camp Host.

Short Term Cancellation Policy

  • Check in time is from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check out time is no later than 11:00 AM. A
    $25 fee will apply to late checkouts.
  • If you need to cancel your reservation, please cancel by calling 501-206-8360 or send an email to: staff@woodlandsrv.co.
  • Cancellations that are made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival will not be refunded.
  • Cancellations that are made 8 days to 14 days in advance of your scheduled arrival will be given a 50% refund or credit towards another stay but must be used within one year from the date of the cancellation.
  • Cancellations that are made 15 days or more in advance of your scheduled arrival will be given a 100% refund less a Cancellation Fee of $25 or 10% whichever is greater.
  • Cancellations made due to inclement weather (snow or ice) will be issued a full refund.

Pet Policy

  • Dogs whose breed is considered aggressive are not allowed on the Resort grounds.
  • All pets must be on a leash when outside. If your pet is running loose there will be a $35 charge per occurrence.
  • No excessive or continuous barking is allowed. If you can not control your pet’s
    barking or behavior, you will be asked to vacate the Resort.
  • Residents must be able to provide proof of vaccination upon request.
  • Please pick up after your pet. If Resort personnel has to pick up your pet’s
    poop there will be a $35 charge per occurrence.
  • Portable pet fences are allowed on the gravel or concrete pad only. Do not place it on
    the grass.

Additional Policies

  • Please do not park utility trailers or boat trailers on your site. You may park
    them on the designated Boat and Trailer Parking area on your right as you go up to the gas pad. Please look for the Boat and Trailer Parking Sign.
  • All decals and lettering on the exterior must be in good condition with no faded colors or broken lines. RV’s must be self-contained. The Resort does not allow any tent camping, pop-up trailer camping, or sleeping outdoors. RV’s are expected to remain in good repair, neat, and clean at all times.
  • It is the Resident’s responsibility to take trash to the dumpsters. Keep your site and our Resort clean at all times. All trash must be in plastic bags. Do not leave trash at your site. A $35 fee will be charged if Resort Management has to clean up trash at your site.
  • Residents must refrain from any violent activity, illegal drug use, excessive alcohol use, and/or any disorderly conduct. If law enforcement personnel are called to your site for any of the above reasons, you will be evicted from the Resort.
  • The discharging of firearms is not permitted.
  • Fireworks are not permitted.
  • Smoking is only allowed at your site. Do not throw any cigarette butts on the ground.
  • Clotheslines are not permitted.
  • Children’s toys must not be left outside.
  • Bicycles must not be left lying on the ground and should be placed upright on the gravel or concrete site.
  • Storing items underneath your RV is not permitted unless you have a custom-made underpinning cover designed specifically for your RV.
  • When you are finished with your campfire please extinguish it.
  • Please do not park in vacant RV sites. The Resort will charge $35 per day for any vehicle parked on another vacant site. Do not park along the roads or on the grass. Guests may park in other designated parking areas. All vehicles kept on site must be operational with current license plates.
  • No fixed or portable children’s pools or above ground pools are allowed. Hot tubs are
    allowed on concrete surfaces only. An additional fee may be charged if you have a hot tub.
  • In order to maintain the beauty and visual aesthetics of the Resort, the Resort
    staff reserves the right to monitor and police the general upkeep of the Resort. This includes, but is not limited to, materials, decorations, and items around each individual site. Do not place any political flags upon the resort property. Staff will regularly inspect sites and have the sole authority to recommend improvements, modifications, or changes to individual sites including personal belongings.
  • Residents may have up to eight flower pots.
  • Use a grill cover when grill is not in use.
  • No ATV or UTV riding is allowed within the Resort. A small trail bike, moped, golf cart, or bicycles are permitted as long as speed limit and other signs are observed. Children under 16 must have a licensed adult ride with them in golf carts.
  • No swimming is allowed in the pond.
  • The Internet is not monitored and is provided “as is.” There are no guarantees of speed or
    performance. If you do not have adequate Internet/Wifi, please contact the Camp Host. It may be possible to make adjustments to get you better service. Do not misuse the WiFi or Internet connection. Surf the Internet at your own risk.
  • The cost of utilities are included with each site rental. No excessive use of utilities is permitted.
  • Residents must ensure that no inappropriate items are flushed into the sewer system (including feminine products, plastic products, wipes, food, or other non-sewer items).
  • No crypto mining, data center hosting, or other high usage activities are allowed.
  • Residents are responsible for their own liability when plugging into or interacting with the power source at their site. Those interested in charging their Electric Vehicles must contact the Camp Host prior to charging.
